For sale, we have a set of 4 gorgeous vintage Danish Mid Century Modern dining chairs in beautifully sculpted teak wood designed by Kai Kristiansen and produced in the 1960s by Schou Andersen Mobelfabrik.
The 42 model is one of the most desirable chairs designed by Kai Kristiansen, featuring all the hallmarks of its distinctive design. The chairs are very comfortable and supportive with the curved sweeping backrest that pivots, allowing you to sit formally or reclined.
Their frames have been stripped, sanded, and refinished with multiple layers of Danish oil.
We also got the seats professionally reupholstered (including new webbing and new foam) in black leatherette, closely matching original back supports that are in perfect condition. As a result, the chairs are like new again and ready for the new home.
